Can I choose the items inside the box?

Unfortunately not, our boxes are pre-curated to ensure quality, consistency, and ease of ordering.

For corporate or bulk orders, limited customization may be available upon request.

Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Select your box, enter delivery details, and complete checkout.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged for your first box when you sign up and order. After that, your subscription will renew on the 1st of each month.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within the Cayman Islands.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery timelines vary, but most orders are fulfilled within: 

  • 1-3 business days

All Boxes ship on the 15th of each month.

What happens if no one is available to receive the delivery?

If delivery cannot be completed, we will attempt to reschedule. Additional delivery fees may apply.

 

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat fee of $5 for island wide delivery.

 

Will my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, your subscription will automatically renew on the 1st of each month unless you cancel before the renewal date.

 

What if I subscribe and then cancel right away?

Your payment method is charged immediately upon subscribing. If you cancel right after signing up, your cancellation will prevent future renewals, but you will still receive the box from your initial purchase.

 

What is your return and refund policy?

All sales are final. However, if you do not wish to continue your subscription for the next cycle, you can cancel at any time before your renewal date.

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

We’d hate to see you go, but you can cancel at any time. Simply log in to your account [HERE] and follow the cancellation steps.

Please note that when signing up for a subscription, you commit to the selected plan. We offer monthly and multi-month subscriptions, with our best discounts available on longer commitments.

How do I update my billing or shipping info?

Log into your account [HERE] and select Manage Subscription to update your shipping and billing details.

If your address isn’t updated before your next billing date, your box will be shipped to the last address on file. Need help? Email us at Caymancollectivebox@outlook.com.

 

What if I need to skip a month or pause my subscription?

We get it, sometimes you need a break! You can pause your subscription by logging into your account [HERE] or emailing us at Caymancollectivebox@outlook.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

 

My box arrived damaged, what happens now?

We’re sorry to hear that! While we pack our boxes with care, shipping mishaps can happen. Please email Caymancollevtivebox@outlook.com with photos of the damaged items, and we’ll work on a solution for you.
