Returns

We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Because many of our products are:

  • perishable

  • consumable

  • or custom-packed

we are unable to restock or resell returned items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • missing items

  • or incorrect

you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • your order number

  • photos of the issue

  • a brief description

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:

  • replacement items

  • partial refund

  • full refund (if necessary)

Quality Issues

If you receive a product that is:

  • expired

  • spoiled

  • or defective

contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence.

We will resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been prepared or dispatched.

Once your order has been processed or packed, it cannot be cancelled.

Corporate & Bulk Orders

For corporate, hotel, or bulk orders:

  • all sales are final once confirmed and prepared

  • any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

  • failed delivery attempts due to unavailable recipients

If a delivery fails, additional delivery fees may apply.
